1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to businesses located in Australia as well as their employees, directors, and officers, provided they are over 18 years old. Existing Novated Lease Australia customers and businesses are eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must answer the question: "In 25 words or less, explain why your company would benefit from having an Olympian speak to your staff." Entries must be submitted via online form by 30th September 2024.
3. Prize Details:
The prize consists of one of up to four athletes who will speak for approximately 15 minutes to the winning business staff, either in person or virtually. The date of the talk will be mutually agreed upon and may be subject to change. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.
4. Selection of Winner:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and skill demonstrated in their response to the question. The decision of the judges is final and binding. The judging will be conducted by members of the Novated Lease Australia executive team. The winner will be drawn by 7th October 2024.
5. Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified by email, phone and on Linkedin within 30 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Rights and Permissions:
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the organiser to use their submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and publicity.
7. Privacy:
The personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
10. Governing Law:
This competition is governed by the laws of Australia. The competition is a game of skill and is subject to the relevant provisions of Australian law, including but not limited to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
